Lisa Feuer grew up an athlete, discovered dance in college and then her search for something more spiritual brought her to the study of yoga. Two years into her practice, she became pregnant with her son, Sasha. She thoroughly enjoyed taking prenatal yoga, practicing through the week he was born and was inspired to become a prenatal teacher herself. She hopes to bring the feeling of empowerment she felt then to her students now. Lisa is a certified and trained prenatal teacher through Ma Yoga and Janice Clairefield. She has also completed her 200 hour teaching certification in the vinyasa style at Om Yoga. As well, she is certified in restorative yoga from Kripalu, childrens' yoga from Karma Kids, and Reiki Level 1 and 2 in the Usui tradition.
